Chen Zhou is the Business Development (BD) Manager for DSFederal. In this role she is responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships with key clients, and managing the firm’s proposal development within the Federal civilian space.
Chen joined the DSFederal team in 2021 as a Business Analyst, Contract Specialist, and Subject Matter Expert in policies review. In her tenure, her responsibilities have included providing expert analysis to the Office of Research Integrity (ORI) on compliance with federal regulations and research misconduct policies, reviewing and assessing institutional policies for compliance, applying best practices to business development processes, and managing contract administration. She continues to utilize her expansive knowledge of compliance and market forecasting in her role as BD Manager.
Prior to her time with DSFederal, she worked in legal affairs at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, reviewing contracts and mitigating legal risks for new products, and as an attorney at Guangdong Zeal & Have Law Firm, where she specialized in intellectual property law and legal regulations for corporations, including several start-ups.
